Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

Crust
3 c Graham cracker crumbs
½ c butter, melted
2-3 Tbl sugar

Filling
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ tea key lime zest
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 graham cracker crust

Directions

Crust
Place crumbs to lg mixing bowl, add butter and sugar, toss with fork. Pour into pie dish and press into bottom and up sides. Bake for 15 mins. Let cool.

Filling
Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
Refrigerate 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and key lime zest.
