Ingredients

Crust
2 cups coconut cookie crumbs
2Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Strawberry Filling
1 1/2 cups peeled and finely chopped strawberries, divided
1/4cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
Cream Fillings
8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1c powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
8 oz container of frozen whipped topping thawed
1/4 cup orange powder drink mix
orange food coloring, optional
Garnish
Sweetened whipped cream
fresh sliced strawberries and oranges
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together crust ingredients and press into bottom and sides of deep dish pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool. In saucepan over medium heat mix 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/4c sugar, and cornstarch. Cook until very thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1 cup of strawberries. Cool in refrigerator. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice, until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Remove 2 cups. Mix the 2 cups of cream filling with orange drink mix and orange color, set aside. Spread half of white cream filling into pie shell. Next, spread on orange cream mixture. Spread on remaining cream filling Top with strawberry filling. Garnish pie whipped cream, fresh strawberries and orange slices.
