Ingredients
Pie Crust:
1 pkg Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
Filling
½ cup margarine
¾ cup sugar
4 squares 70% dark chocolate and ½ cup milk chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
3 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Topping:
1 cup Lingonberry preserves
1 14.5 oz jar wild lingonberries
½ cup lingonberry juice
1 tbl corn starch
Garnish:
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup confectioner€™s sugar
¼ tsp vanilla bean paste

Pie Crust:
Crush Oreo cookies and melt the butter in the microwave. Add the melted butter slowly to crushed cookies. Press into 9€
