Refreshing Mandarin Orange Pineapple Pie
Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter
Filling:
Layer 1
2 cups orange Dobla
1 cup whipped heavy cream
Layer 2
1 cup white chocolate chips
3 tablespoons heavy cream
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipped heavy cream
1 can crushed pineapples drained
1 can drained mandarin oranges
Directions
Crust:
Combine ingredients and mix well press into pie pan. Bake on 350 degrees for 5 min.
Filling:
Layer 1
Combine ingredients together and pour half of mixture into pie crust.
Layer 2
Melt on stove in double boiler let stand to cool. Fold heavy cream into mixture. Add pineapples and fold together. Pour over layer 1. Put mandarin oranges on top of layer 2 save enough to decorate top of pie if desired. Pour remainder of Layer 1 on top of Layer 2. Decorate top as desired.
