Raspberry Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

Prep Time: 45 min.
Cook Time: 20 min.
Chill Time: 4 hr.

Crust:
2- cups shortbread cookie crumbs (about 20 shortbread cookies)
6 or 7- Tablespoons melted butter
1- Tablespoon melted Crisco shortening
2- Tablespoons flour
1- Tablespoon Sugar

Cream Cheese Filling:
1 ½ – cups heavy cream
5 tablespoons – powdered sugar
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar

Blackberry Filling:
12 oz. fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup sugar
½ tsp lemon zest
¼ cup plus 2 T water, divided
2 T corn starch

Raspberry Filling:
1 quart fresh raspberries, halved, divided
½ cup sugar
¼ cup plus 2 T water, divided
¼ tsp lemon zest
2 T corn starch

Directions

Crust:
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined, pour into 9€
