Ingredients
Crust (makes two)
2 cups chopped pecans
½ cup graham cracker crumb
½ cup brown sugar
½ melted butter
Purple Sweet Potato Filling Ingredients:
1 pound Hawaiian Purple Sweet Potato
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Ground Ginger
¼ tsp Ground Cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Sweet Potato Filling:
Coconut Whipped Cream
2 cups of whipping cream
½ tps coconut flavoring
¼ cup toasted coconut flake
Directions
Pre heat the oven to 350. Blend dry ingredients in a bowl, add melted butter and blend together. Place 1 ½ cup of pecans mixture in to a 9€
