Ingredients
CRUST
10 pumpkin flavored Milano cookies
7 pumpkin-flavored Oreo cookies
Butter
Pumpkin Cream Layer
1 3.5 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3-4 Twinkies
Pumpkin Spice Kahlua
1 cup heavy whipping cream, stiffly beaten with 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Garnish
2 cups heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
Cocoa powder
Directions
CRUST
Grind the cookies together into fine crumbs. Add enough butter until the consistency of wet sand. Spread over bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Prepare filling.
Pumpkin Spice Kahlua
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the pudding and spices. Add pumpkin and whipping cream and beat on medium speed 1-2 minutes until combined.
Spread ½ of the filling into prepared crust.Spread with half of whipped cream. Cut 3-4 Twinkies lengthwise and place over layer of filling. Soak with Pumpkin Spice Kahlua. Spread with remaining whipped cream and then top with remaining pumpkin filling.
Garnish
Beat the whipped cream with the powdered sugar until stiff. Spread a layer over top of pie. Dust with cocoa powder. Pipe a border around edge of pie. Refrigerate 2 hrs.
