Ingredients
Pie Crust:
1 Package ginger snap cookies
½ cup butter
Filling:
4 packages cream cheese softened
1 ½ cups sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 large eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoons nutmeg
Topping:
1 ½ cup whipping cream
1/3 cup confectioners€™ sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon flavoring
Directions
Pie Crust:
Place the cookies in the blender and blend on high speed until finely crushed. Melt the butter in the microwave on high approximately 1 minute. Slowly pour the melted butter into the cookie crumbs while tossing until blended. Lightly spray pie plate with oil. Press into a 9€
