Ingredients
CRUST
12 Nutter Butter cookies
4 peanut butter granola bars
1/3 cup melted butter
FILLING
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup peanut butter chips, melted
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream stiffly beaten
Chopped chocolate-covered peanut brittle
Caramel topping
3 cups whipped cream sweetened with 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions
CRUST
In a food processor, process cookies and granola bars until finely ground. Stir in butter until blended. Press crumbs into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
FILLING
Beat the cream cheese and Karo together until well blended. Blend in melted chips and peanut butter. Fold in whipped cream. Spread one-half in prepared crust. Top with 1 cup whipped cream, chopped peanut brittle and caramel drizzle. Repeat. Use remaining whipped cream to decoratively pipe a border on the pie.
