Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup Crisco
2 TBS sugar mixed to form crumbles
½ cup cold water mixed until bough ball can be formed.
Filling
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup honey
½ cup butterscotch topping
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
½ cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour
1 1/3 cup Karo
3 tablespoons butter
1 capful vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups honey roasted cashews
Topping:
½ cup butterscotch topping
½ cup butterscotch chips
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 ½ honey roasted cashews
Directions
Crust:
Roll out place in pie plate and flute edge as desired.
Filling
Mix ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake on 350 degrees for 15 min.
½ cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour
Mix ingredients add honey roasted cashews. Bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min.
Topping:
Melt on stove add honey roasted cashews pour over top.
