Ingredients
Pie Crust:
1 package Oreo vanilla thins
1 stick butter
First Layer
1/3 Cup 7-UP
1 Package orange gelatin
1 Cup Orange Cremirca
¼ Cup Vanilla instant pudding
Second layer
½ Cup softened cream cheese
2 Cup whipping cream
3 Tablespoons softened and cooled unflavored gelatin
2 Teaspoons vanilla flavoring
1 Cup powdered sugar
Directions
Pie Crust:
Melt butter in the microwave. Finely crush the Oreo cookies. Slowly add the melted butter to the crushed cookie. Press in the bottom and up the sides of your pie plate. Freeze for 10 minutes.
First Layer
Heat 7-Up until warm. Pour in the orange gelatin and stir to dissolve. Allow to cool. Combine the Orange Cremirca and the vanilla pudding until well blended. Add the orange gelatin mixture to the Cremirca and pudding. Mix well and pour into set pie crust. Chill until firm.
Second layer
Mix together all of the above ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Spoon onto the chilled orange layer. Chill until set.
Third layer
Repeat the first layer
Decorate as desired.
