Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
1 T. sugar
6 T. butter, melted
½ c. chopped pecans
Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
½ c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. cream of coconut
¼ c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 t. coconut extract
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. water
¼ c. sugar
2 T. lemon juice
Garnish:
1 c. heavy cream
¼ c. powdered sugar
½ c. toasted coconut

Mix ingredients together and press into a 10€
