Ingredients
Crust:
1 (12oz) box of Nilla Wafer cookies, crushed
1/2 cup coconut oil, room temp
Filling:
1 (8oz) can of crushed pineapples, undrained
1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix
8oz cream cheese
1 can of Comstock Cherry pie filling
1/2 cup of sweetened flaked coconut

Directions:
Mix together the crushed cookies and warm coconut oil. Press into a 9″ pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.
In a large bowl, mix crushed pineapple with its syrup, dry pudding mix, and cream cheese; mix until well. Spoon into pie crust and top with Comstock cherry filling; sprinkle with coconut. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
