Ingredients
Crust:
15 Oreos crushed
4 tablespoons melted butter
Filling:
1 can Comstock Raspberry filling
1 cups white chocolate chips
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons water
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons powder sugar
1 cup whipped heavy whipping cream
Directions
Crust:
Mix Oreos and butter together press into pie pan and bake for 6 min on 350 degrees. Let completely cool.
Filling:
Melt chips in a saucepan on low heat. Mix water and egg yolk in a bowl and add to the melted chips. Mix well remove from stove and let cool. Add vanilla and almond extract and mix well. Beat together sugar and whipped cream. Pour over Oreo crust. Pour raspberry filling over the white chocolate layer. Decorate the top with whip cream or drizzle white chocolate over the top.
