German Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients

Crust:
2 ½ c. Graham Cracker crumbs
½ c. finely chopped pecans
2 TBSP sugar
6 TBSP melted butter

Chocolate Layer:
2/3 c. sugar
¼ c. cornstarch
½ tsp salt
5 egg yolks
2 c. whole milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 TBSP butter
4 oz. chopped German Chocolate
2 oz. chopped semi sweet chocolate

Coconut-Pecan Layer:
4 egg yolks
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ c. sugar
¾ c. butter-softened
1 c. sweetened flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Drizzle:
½ c. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 TBSP heavy cream
