Ingredients
GRAHAM CRUST INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Nabisco Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 1/2 TLBS Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 TLBS Melted salted butter
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
KEY LIME PIE FILLING INGREDIENTS
4 Egg Yolks
¾ Cup Key Lime Juice
2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
¼ Cup Sour Cream
Pinch Salt
WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
Directions
PREHEAT CONVECTION OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
Step 1-PREPARE GRAHAM CRUST-Thoroughly mix all graham crust ingredients and press into a 10 3/4″ pie pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
Step 2-PREPARE KEY LIME PIE FILLING-Seperate egg yolks and add yolks to a mixing bowl and beat lightly with a whisk. Add remaining filling ingredients and whisk until combined. Pour into the prepared graham crust and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool pie to room temperature, then place in refrigerator for at least two hours.
Step 3-PREPARE WHIPPED CREAM-Add heavy cream to electric mixer bowl and whip on high speed until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients and continue whipping on high speed until cream is thick and stands on its own. Add whipped cream to piping bag and decorate pie with whipped cream and lime wedges.
Keep Pie Refrigerated.
