Ingredients
Crust
2 cup ground Chocolate Sandwich cookie with the Cream Filling
5 tbs butter
Chocolate Ganache:
10 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
6 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
1 ¾ cup Heavy Cream
6 tbs Butter
White Chocolate Filling:
1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
7 oz white chocolate chips, Nestles works very well
12 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
Chocolate Pastry Cream
1 ¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup plus 2 tbs Corn Starch
2 ½ cup Whole Milk
½ cup Heavy Cream
4 lg Egg Yolks
8 tbs Cocoa Powder
1 ½ cup whipped unsweetened cream

Crust
Combine cookies in a food processor and grind them to a crumb. Pour them into a bowl. Melt butter and mix it into the crumb. Press 1 ½ cups of crumb into each 9€
