Carumba Pie

Ingredients

10 Pepperidge Farm Milano chocolate banana cookies, finely ground
7 Chocolate sandwich cookies, finely ground
2-3 Tbsp. melted butter

Banana Filling
1-2 large bananas, thinly sliced
½ cup hot fudge topping
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
3 Tbsp. banana liqueur
1 cup heavy whipping cream, stiffly beaten

Twinkies
3-4 Twinkles
Dark spiced rum

Caramel Filling
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup caramel ice cream topping
Caramel flavoring to taste
1 cup heavy cream, stiffly beaten

Directions

Combine the crust and butter and press into 9 ½ inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Banana Filling
Heat hot fudge topping until spreadable and spread over bottom of crust. Slice banana and place over fudge. In a medium bowl cream together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in liqueur and then melted chocolate. Fold in whipped cream.

Twinkies

Slice Twinkies in half lengthwise. Brush with rum. Place on top of banana filling, cutting to fit pie. Prepare caramel filling

Caramel Filling
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Blend in caramel topping and flavoring. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over Twinkies.

GARNISH
Drizzle top of pie with caramel and fudge and pipe whipped cream around edge of pie.
