			Ingredients
Crust
 20 Mint Oreo cookies, finely crushed
 ¼ teaspoon salt
 4 tablespoons butter
 Filling
 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
 2 1/3 cups half-and-half (fat free works fine)
 1 cup granulated sugar
 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
 ½ teaspoon pure mint extract
 3 egg yolks
 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, sliced into pats
 ½ cup Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips
 Whipped Cream Topping
 1 ½ cup heavy cream
 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
 ¾ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
 2 tablespoons piping gel
